<p>The sometimes overlooked viola has found a peerless champion in internationally renowned artist Kim Kashkashian. She will be joined by Lydia Artymiw, Distinguished McKnight Professor at the University of Minnesota and perennial favorite of Music in the Park audiences, in a program of Kurtág, Bach, and Guastavino, culminating in the glorious Sonata in C Major for Viola and Piano by Dmitri Shostakovich.</p>
